There are some people whom our system does not work well for, but we try to refer them on right at the start. For most people our process works really well and well over 99% of our clients (who return the survey form) are more than satisfied. People just don't have the time to spend to visit lawyers offices these days, and our Will Writing system makes it easy, convenient and - far more important - thorough.
We like the odd person who complains, as it is an opportunity to review and improve our service - no service cannot be improved.
